Vendor Stall Terms & Conditions

• Stall confirmation will be done only after receiving the ₹2,000 booking amount.
• The remaining stall payment must be completed on or before 16th August 2026. Failure to complete payment before the deadline may result in cancellation of the booking.
• Stall booking charges are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
• Stalls will be allotted on a first come, first served basis and category availability.
• Only the products/items mentioned in the registration form will be allowed for display and sale. Unapproved products will not be permitted.
• Vendors must carry their own display material, extension boards, packaging material and billing setup.
• Only 2 members are allowed per stall.
• Extra tables, chairs, electricity requirements or additional utilities will be chargeable and must be informed in advance.
• Organisers will not be responsible for any theft, loss or damage to products, cash or personal belongings.
• Stall layout and placement are tentative and may change depending upon venue requirements.
• Vendors must keep their stalls clean and maintain professional behaviour throughout the event. Any misbehaviour may result in immediate removal from the event.
• Any damage caused to venue property by the exhibitor shall be the sole responsibility of the exhibitor.
• Food vendors must comply with all hygiene standards and obtain all necessary licences or permissions applicable to their products.
• Organisers reserve the right to reject or cancel any stall that does not match the curated category or event standards.
• If any of the above conditions are violated or the stall payment remains incomplete, Bhiyaa Bazaar reserves the right to terminate participation without any refund.
