Vendor Stall Details & Terms

• **Stall Price:** ₹8,000 includes 1 table (4 × 2 ft) and 2 chairs.
• **Extra Table:** Additional tables can be booked at ₹1,000 per table.
• Standard tent-house table with cover and 2 chairs will be provided.
• ₹4,000 advance payment is required to confirm and block your stall. Remaining payment must be completed as per the booking schedule.
• Stall booking charges are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
• No bargaining, refunds or cancellations will be entertained once the booking is confirmed.
• Vendors must carry their own display materials, decoration and billing setup.
• Only products/items mentioned in the registration form will be allowed for display and sale. Additional or unapproved products will not be permitted.
• Extra utilities, if required, will be chargeable and must be informed to the organisers in advance.
• Overnight storage facility is available for vendors.
• Organisers will not be responsible for any kind of theft, damage or loss of vendor products or belongings.
• Only 2 members are allowed per stall.
• Stall layout is tentative and subject to change at the discretion of the organisers.
• In case of any misbehaviour or violation of event rules, Bhiyaa Bazaar reserves the right to cancel participation before or during the event.
• Any damage caused to the venue property will be the responsibility of the exhibitor.
• If any terms are not complied with or the stall payment is not completed as per the agreed booking schedule, the organisers reserve the right to terminate participation.
