Stall Terms & Conditions

Please read carefully before submitting the form:

  • Stall confirmation shall be done only after full payment.
  • Stall booking charges are non-refundable and non-transferable in any circumstances.
  • Vendors must carry their own display material and billing setup.
  • Stalls will be booked on a first come, first served basis.
  • No bargain, no refund, no cancellation after booking.
  • Extra utilities will be chargeable and must be informed prior.
  • Organisers will not be responsible for any kind of theft or loss.
  • Only 2 members are allowed per stall.
  • Layout is subject to change and tentatively designed.
  • In case of any misbehaviour, Bhiyaa Bazaar reserves the right to cancel participation before or during the event.
  • Any damage to venue property will result in action against the exhibitor.
  • If any condition is not complied with or the stall amount is not fully paid, the organizers reserve the right to terminate participation.
