Stall Terms & Conditions
Please read carefully before submitting the form:
- Stall confirmation shall be done only after full payment.
- Stall booking charges are non-refundable and non-transferable in any circumstances.
- Vendors must carry their own display material and billing setup.
- Stalls will be booked on a first come, first served basis.
- No bargain, no refund, no cancellation after booking.
- Extra utilities will be chargeable and must be informed prior.
- Organisers will not be responsible for any kind of theft or loss.
- Only 2 members are allowed per stall.
- Layout is subject to change and tentatively designed.
- In case of any misbehaviour, Bhiyaa Bazaar reserves the right to cancel participation before or during the event.
- Any damage to venue property will result in action against the exhibitor.
- If any condition is not complied with or the stall amount is not fully paid, the organizers reserve the right to terminate participation.
