Inclusicart Returns, Exchanges & Store Credit Policy

This policy applies to all purchases made through www.inclusicart.com.

At Inclusicart, we celebrate handcrafted artistry — from anti-tarnish jewellery to crochet flowers and fabric-based accessories. As each product is handmade, minor variations in colour, texture, or finish may occur and are a natural part of the crafting process, not defects.

Refund Policy

Inclusicart does not offer cash refunds once an order is confirmed.

Instead, eligible purchases may receive either a product exchange or store credit for future purchases on www.inclusicart.com.

Exchange & Store Credit Eligibility

You may request an exchange or store credit within 3 days of receiving your order, subject to the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
  • Return requests must be approved by our team before shipping
  • The product must be shipped back within 7 days of delivery
  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer

Once the returned item is received and inspected, a store credit valid for 3 months will be issued. Original shipping charges will be deducted from the credit value.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

  • You received an incorrect product
  • The product arrived damaged

A clear unboxing video is mandatory. Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Return Pickup (Optional)

If you prefer a pickup instead of self-shipping, a ₹150 pickup fee will be deducted from your store credit or exchange value.

Non-Returnable & Non-Exchange Items

  • Sale, promotional, or special launch products
  • Items purchased using discount codes or offers
  • Products purchased via marketplaces, third-party sellers, or offline events

Store credit cannot be used on sale or discounted products.

Important Information

  • Returns without prior confirmation will not be accepted
  • Missing or incorrect items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
  • Requests raised beyond the stated timelines cannot be processed
