Stall Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the Ujjain edition of Bhiyaa Bazaar — a curated shopping and lifestyle experience bringing together local brands, creativity, food, fashion, art, and community under one vibrant celebration. Please read all stall guidelines carefully before submitting your vendor registration.

⚠️ Stall confirmation will be processed only after successful completion of the full payment.
  • Stall confirmation shall be done only after full payment.
  • Stall booking charges are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
  • Vendors must carry their own display setup, extension boards, branding material, and billing essentials.
  • Stalls will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.
  • No bargain, refund, cancellation, or adjustment shall be entertained after booking confirmation.
  • Only the products/items mentioned in the registration form will be allowed for display and sale at the stall. Any unapproved items may be restricted during the event.
  • Extra utilities or additional requirements will be chargeable and must be informed in advance.
  • Organisers shall not be responsible for theft, damage, loss, or unattended belongings during the event.
  • Only 2 members are permitted per stall unless approved otherwise.
  • Stall layout and positioning are tentative and may change based on event planning requirements.
  • In case of misconduct, inappropriate behaviour, or violation of guidelines, Bhiyaa Bazaar reserves the right to cancel participation before or during the event.
  • Any damage caused to venue property, equipment, or setup will lead to strict action against the exhibitor.
  • Failure to comply with event terms or incomplete payment may result in termination of participation without refund.
