Vendor Guidelines & Policies

Please review these guidelines carefully before confirming your stall booking.

⚠️ Important: ₹2000 pre-booking amount is applicable only till 27th June 2026.
📌 Booking & Payment
  • Stall confirmation shall be done only after Complete Payment
    ₹2000 is pre-booking amount.
  • Vendors must complete the remaining stall payment before or on 27th June 2026 to confirm participation.
  • Stall booking charges are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
  • No bargain, no refund and no cancellation after booking.
  • Stalls will be booked on a first come, first served basis.
🎪 Stall Guidelines
  • Vendors must carry their own display material and billing setup.
  • Only the products/items mentioned in the registration form will be allowed for display and sale at the stall. Any additional or unapproved items will not be permitted during the event.
  • Extra utilities will be chargeable and must be informed prior.
  • Only 2 members are allowed per stall.
🛡 Event Policies
  • Organisers will not be responsible for any kind of theft or loss.
  • Layout is subject to change and tentatively designed.
  • In case of any misbehaviour, Bhiyaa Bazaar reserves the right to cancel participation before or during the event.
  • Any damage to venue property will result in action against the exhibitor.
  • If any condition is not complied with or the stall amount is not fully paid, the organisers reserve the right to terminate participation.

  • Fill the vendor registration form.
  • Complete the booking payment using the QR code.
  • Upload payment screenshot in the form.
  • Our team will verify and confirm your stall booking.
